    Living at 30 Ford Park Road was an absolute pleasure. Over the 2 years I never once encountered any problems that were not seen to within a day or two by the amazing Julie and Sam. The house itself is a really great size and has more than enough space to do anything. The walk to University is a short one with a great sandwich bar on the way. Overall, you will have a fantastic time living here and will really be looked after by the landlords.

    I lived in 30 Ford Park road for 2 years. The house overlooks Plymouth College’s sports ground and is only a 15 min walk into campus. Furthermore, the town of Mutley is only a 5 min walk which makes the location very convenient when shopping for necessities. Sam and Julie were incredible landlords and nothing was too much trouble. They gave us a box of chocolates each Christmas and were very understanding during the Covid-19 period. In summary; clean house, excellent location and freindly landlords. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this small family business to any perspective student. All the very best.

    Could not give any higher praise. Julie and Sam have been utterly incredible in going way above and beyond what can be expected of them. With many friends having troubles with their landlords/landlady's I think you'd do well to find more reasonable and friendly owners anywhere. Were quick to aid if we ever had any issues over the 2 years and are just genuinely great people you'd do well to not get along with.. Super understanding with all thats been going on and actually care which makes such a difference compared to many others that just want your money. Stay with these and you'll have the best time!
