The properties which have been fully renovated and furnished in a 'trendy' style provide exceptional accommodation and are, in the majority of cases, within approximately 2 miles of both The Nottingham University and The Nottingham Trent University City campus; this is approx. a 15 - 20 minute walk and on a good local bus route. A reputation for well maintained and managed student accommodation has been gained as evidenced by the number of student referrals and recommendations, comments by the Student Accommodation Accreditation Scheme (SAAS) assessors place the properties in the top 5% in Nottingham. Mr. Buxton’s manner is friendly and approachable and he will be happy to discuss any aspect of his properties or tenancy agreements with prospective tenants or their parents.
