Fitted kitchen with lots of cupboards, and dishwasher. Nice house in quiet cul-de-sac, 10 mins walk from Highfield Campus or Portswood Shops. Well furnished and equipped for 4 people. 4 good-sized bedrooms with individual locks. Shower room and separate loo. Gas central heating (with annual safety certificate), and full double glazing. Garden with patio and lawn, is maintained by our own gardener. This is the only house we let, so we look after it well. No agency hassles or fees of any kind!
