Fully refurbished last year... This flat is a maisonette arranged over two floors, there are 3 large double bedrooms upstairs and all the other rooms are downstairs. It’s a popular flat and when I show people around they love the cosy, homely feeling especially downstairs. The bathroom has a powerful shower and an actual full size bath! There’s a large lounge which is big enough for a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is modern and bright with a door leading straight on to a vast south facing patio. Fire up the Barbie! If I had to choose the best features of this flat I would say the large rooms, high ceilings, cosy lounge (with great lighting and fireplace) and the high gloss units in the kitchen as they give it a really contemporary feel. It also has an intercom doorbell system for added peace of mind too. This flat is perfect for a group of friends looking for 3 bedroom student property but somewhere a bit nicer than the norm, somewhere quiet and homely to enjoy make their own space. Bills The cost of electricity, gas, water and a standard internet package are currently coming it at approximately £12-16 per person per week. Location Lisson Grove is just off Mutley Plain which as many of you will know is one of the main hubs of student life in the city. If you know where ‘The Early Bird Café' is you know where top of Lisson Grove is! You will find everything you need on Mutley plain, supermarkets, a post office, cafés, shops, pharmacies, banks, bars and a pub or two :-) It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the campus and for those based up at Derriford (Marjons students and Medics) the free bus leaves from the Plain just 2 minutes up the road.

We provide Plymouth student accommodation as it should be... Ok, l'll be honest we is really mostly me, Ross. I've been letting property since I left Plymouth University early in 2000. So as a graduate I know the good, bad and quite frankly the f'ugly of Plymouth Student Accommodation! I've done the viewings, I've met the landlords, been herded by the agents, I've been ripped off, frustrated and let down. It's not all bad but as you probably already know it can be a minefield. Looking for somewhere half decent to live can take time, patience and often a lot of luck! Over the years I've bought, renovated and tried to create the kind of places I wish I'd found as a student. Plymouth student accommodation as it should be. I take great pride in ensuring my properties are given to you in a good condition and when you move in they will be spotlessly clean, well decorated and everything will work! Saying that we can't guarantee your house won't have problems throughout your tenancy but what is really important is we will do our very best to resolve issues quickly and properly. Our tenants are carefully chosen and although I'm not looking for angels or shy retiring types, I am looking for tenants who share a mutual respect and like living in a nice environment. My philosophy: Provide top quality student accommodation at reasonable prices. Maintain the property well, treat tenants with respect and remain approachable at all times.
