Our team only works for our student tenants and not for other agencies, so we are dedicated to making sure that our properties are maintained to a very high standard and are available quickly to deal with anything. All of our houses comply with Brighton & Hove City Council Private Sector Housing Regulations. They have the necessary gas and electricity safety certifications. All are fitted with smoke detectors in all rooms and wired in to the electrical system which ensures your absolute safety.

    The house was really lovely and big with lots of bathrooms and a big kitchen. We did have a couple of problems throughout the tenancy, such as a blocked washing machine and no hot water and someone always came back very quickly to either explain how to solve the problem so we wouldn't get charged or to send someone round to fix it! Thanks!!

    We have recently moved into our house and Grosvenor have been really goood so far. We went to use our washing machine and in the lining it had black scum and mould in it from the old tenants use. So I contacted Grosvenor that morning and by the afternoon they had got the part and sent someone over to fit it. They have provided such a great service so far! Thank you Grosvenor :).
