    Mani is a very helpful and responsive landlord. He has always been relatively quick to respond to any queries and has been very quick to arrange a visit when we have needed assistance. He is very polite and helpful. The flat is lovely and spacious, with a lot of natural light. The flat is well decorated and furnished and is a nice place to live. The area is relatively quiet, with a little noise some nights. It is conveniently close to Nottingham Trent university and the city centre. It is also very close to a number of supermarkets, including a Tesco local which is a short walk from the flat.
