    The house is very well situated, only 15 minutes from campus, with several shops nearby. The property is very good quality for your money, with only minor problems being quickly fixed by the landlady Barbara. Barbara is very personable and sensible, genuinely a dream of a landlady!

    The location has a small shop near by to buy essentials, while also having many take-aways on the end of the street. It is very easy getting to and from University, with only a 10 minute walk to campus. The property is very nice, spacious and the facilities work well. Our landlord Barbara is perfect. She is incredibly helpful and is always around to help. Her response time is very quick and she is helpful in all matters regarding the house.

    I have had a lovely time at Albany Road, Barbara is a great landlord and is always very fast at responding to any issues we have she is very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for the city centre and is within walking distance. Living at the property has been great.

    The location is ideal. Just outside the city centre with on street parking and is walking distance to the unis and town. The property has everything you need to live comfortably while studying and the landlord is excellent. Responds quickly and will look to help as soon as possible and has lots of contacts to help with anything that you may need. There is also potential to rent the property over summer for half rent which is excellent for anyone looking to do a summer of year placement in Liverpool, and the landlord was also willing to be flexible with payment terms with regards to the student loans. All round very accommodating so you can have the best time possible. Overall a very solid affordable living option.
