Five influencers every Bristol student should follow in 2025
Although university may sound like non-stop studying, partying, societies and work, there is a fifth element that takes up an embarrassing amount of time for many of us students. And that is our screen time, specifically on TikTok and Instagram. Although this is not a habit that should be encouraged, if the time is spent on our phones, then we might as well be viewing content that can be helpful/motivational for our day to day. Luckily, Bristol is home to some great content creators, and Accommodation for Students have rounded up five of the best ones.
Abi Cooper
Law student Abi Cooper’s (@lifewithabicooper on TikTok) content is the perfect mix of University of Bristol day-to-day life and tips for law-students and studying advice. If you’re looking for an account to get you out of bed and in Wills library by 9am, then this is the one. Abi can be the friendliest companion to internship applications and crash courses, providing quick explanations and advice from her own personal career journey.
Angelina Pj
Guided by her famous ‘Is it Angelina approved?’ assessment, this content creator (@angelina.pj on TikTok) has amassed over a quarter of million followers, conducting food reviews and street interviews, asking students their opinions on very unserious topics, or residents of other cities for controversial rankings. She has recently collaborated with big Youtube personalities like Niko Omilana, and has appeared on TV shows like First Dates, making her a big name to look out for!
Honor Wolstencroft
Famous for her peas on toast every morning (yes, every morning), Honor’s (@honorwolstencroft on TikTok) daily ‘Spend the day with me as a Bristol student’ have taken over every Bristol girl’s TikTok. She balances interesting and productive routines with the occasional and very real hangover, and there are new pubs and accessory brands to discover in every video. Alongside content creating, Honor writes for The Tab, as well as getting up to side quests like working on film sets, so if anything, it’s a great account for those in need of some creative inspiration.
Best of Bristol
If you reside anywhere in Bristol, then this account has definitely come across your radar. BoB (@bestofbristol on Instagram) covers just about everything in the city. Any big restaurant, event, or new trend that needs trying is on their account, along with seasonal Bristol-specific bucket lists. As a student on a budget, they are especially worth following considering they often post discounts and deals for openings and other occasions.
Aisha’s Appetite
Aisha’s account (@aishas.appetite on TikTok) is a visually pleasing collection of reviews for different more indie and small-scale food and drink places around Bristol and London, which perfectly compliments Best of Bristol’s videos on large venues and chains.
