What is a holding deposit?

Will I get my holding deposit back?
Yes, provided you complete the tenancy agreement in time. In most cases, the holding deposit will be converted to all or part of the . However, if you do not complete the tenancy agreement within the agreed timeframe, you will lose your holding deposit.
