All en-suite rooms include a small double bed, storage space, work desk and shower room. In our apartments you’ll share a kitchen and living area with your flatmates, while our studios include a standard double bed have their own compact kitchen and dining area.
The communal area of the building will be worth checking out too. The oak panelled study space will be a fantastic place to get your head down, whilst the grand hall has been converted to a stunning social space; complete with TV and games, and the perfect venue for our regular social events.
When it comes to the practicalities, we’ve got it sorted too! All bills are included in the weekly rent (with no caps on usage!), and you’ll enjoy free WIFI, 100Mbps broadband and free contents insurance too.
Plus our on-site accommodation team will always be on hand if needed. And did we mention the location? The University of Ulster is only 12 minutes’ walk away, 14 minutes’ walk to Queen’s University and only a 3 minute walk to the Belfast Met Millfield Campus & 10 minute bus ride (right outside the door) to the Titanic Quarter Campus (25 minutes’ walk). It’s also just a short stroll to the city centre or Great Victoria Street Rail Station.

What is a holding deposit?
A holding deposit is a sum of money paid to reserve a room or property. Once the holding deposit is paid, the room or property will be taken off the market, allowing you time to complete the tenancy agreement. You will have a specific amount of time to complete the tenancy agreement, so once you've paid the holding deposit, make sure to complete the agreement within that timeframe.
Will I get my holding deposit back?
Yes, provided you complete the tenancy agreement in time. In most cases, the holding deposit will be converted to all or part of the . Additionally, if the landlord, agent, or hall decides not to rent the property to you, you will receive your money back. However, if you do not complete the tenancy agreement within the agreed timeframe, you will lose your holding deposit.
