How the booking process works
Choose a room
Once you've picked your preferred room, booking your stay is a breeze. Simply select the length of stay from the dropdown menu and click on the "Book now" button.
Fill in tenant details
Next, provide your details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.
Just a heads up, if you choose to pay in instalments, you’ll need a guarantor based in the UK. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.
Complete your booking
Once you’ve submitted your details, we’ll pass on your booking request to Yugo.
You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with Yugo, where you’ll be able to pay the advanced rent payment to reserve your room.
Don’t miss out! To reserve your room, you’ll need to pay the £250 advanced rent payment, which will go towards your first month’s rent.
Once you’ve paid the advanced rent payment, you’ll have 24 hours to complete your tenancy agreement. Your booking will be confirmed once the tenancy agreement is signed.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
