Our Castle Gate property is situated in the heart of the city centre, with transport links close by if you wish to explore further afield. Nottingham Trent University is just a 10 minute walk away, and with it taking only a 15 minute bus ride to reach the University of Nottingham, the site is ideally located for nipping into town but also being close to your university campuses.
We offer rooms in 3-7 bedroom shared flats, including en-suite and non en-suite rooms. There’s also self-contained studios available, so whether you want to book as an individual or as part of a group, this accommodation has room types for everyone!
The site is manned by the in house Accommodation Team who are on hand to offer you support and advice. It gives you that extra peace of mind when staying with us, knowing there’s someone to speak to.

How the booking process works

Once you've picked your preferred room, booking your stay is a breeze. Simply select the length of stay from the dropdown menu and click on the "Book now" button.
Fill in tenant details
Next, provide your details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.

Complete your booking
Once you’ve submitted your details, we’ll pass on your booking request to Dwell Student Living.
You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with Dwell Student Living, where you'll be able to complete your booking.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
