Inside the building, you have the essentials for a comfortable stay. Catch up with friends in our cosy common room when you need a break from studying. And for peace of mind, there’s CCTV, all-inclusive bills, Free Wi-Fi, a fob entry system and access to a maintenance & management team. Advance rent has replaced deposits for all of our bookings. Advance rent is an upfront payment. It is a payment of a set amount (usually a small percentage of your total rent - up to 2%) deducted from your first rent instalment and is required at the point of booking.
