Inside the building you have all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Each studio in the student accommodation has its own kitchen and ensuite bathroom and has been designed with the needs of the modern student in mind. And for peace of mind, there is CCTV, bike storage, all-inclusive bills, Free Wi-Fi, a fob entry system and access to a maintenance & management team. Advance rent has replaced deposits for all of our bookings. Advance rent is an upfront payment.
