    The property on alfreton road has been a great house for us, a social group of 9 and has made our final year one to remember. It’s near to uni and town which was perfect for us. Mani has also been great with us and any issues we’ve had have been fixed pretty quickly or had let us know when it will be done. The main ones being the hob that broke and the upstairs fridge which were both fixed asap. He’s also been fair in resolving any issues. Also taking the bins for us is a massive favour which we’ve not had from any other landlords. I would recommend this property and mani as a landlord

    Mani was the best landlord I’ve experienced in my four years living in nottingham. He was so quick to reply to issues, they would never be left for more than 2 days. He took our bins out each week, tested the fire alarm and smoke detectors weekly. The accommodation is in a good state and Mani strives to keep it that way with his repairs. He made us feel very welcome and was always lovely and friendly when we saw him. I would recommend Mani as well as this house to everyone.

    Mani is a very welcoming land lord and when we see him around the house he always chats us. When an issue occurs in the house we can always message him and he replies straight away and fixes the problems ASAP he either fixed it himself or arranges for someone to fix it for us. I am very happy with him as a land lord and have never had any issues with him as he is always on the ball.

    At the beginning of our tenancy, we were a group of sports scholars so needed to be in Nottingham before the start of term and Mani was very accommodating with letting us move in early. Any small maintenance issue that ever arose throughout the year Mani has sorted very promptly. He has always been at the other end of the phone when we have needed him. Since we are still students, Mani checks up on us and the house regularly, making sure everything is running smoothly. He even helps us with the bins!
