Students who are renting a room for a second year and wish to renew their contract for a third year are eligible to have their rent reduced by half during the summer holidays (July and August).

We aim to provide a comfortable home for our tenants, and we have established a few house rules to ensure a respectful and pleasant living environment:
Each bedroom is for one tenant only; sharing a room is not permitted.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, including bedrooms.
Outdoor shoes are not allowed inside the house.
Please change into indoor shoes upon entering the house (indoor shoes should not be worn in the garden).
This is NOT a party house.
No loud music is allowed.
No pets are permitted.
