    You hear so many stories of horrible student landlords not caring about their tenants, Paul is the complete opposite. Any issue or query we had with the house was responded to within minutes and if something needed fixing Carl and Shelia would be round the same day if not the next morning. I cannot fault Paul at all I am so pleased he was my landlord for my last year of University as he made the year so pleasant. The house was perfect and very homely, very sad to leave !!

    Stayed in the house for 2 years in a row as it was such a homely modern house, Paul was great at communicating and was always easy to contact if needed. The house is lovely and in the perfect location and is very affordable, enjoyed my time there.
