Francis Gardner offers boutique student accommodation with 69 wide modern studios, all of which have been designed with students needs in mind. Residents can attend regular free events where they are able to meet their neighbours. Hang out in our outdoor courtyard, get acquainted in our cosy communal kitchen and cinema room or put in that extra study time in our study room.And for peace of mind, there is CCTV, all-inclusive bills, Free Wi-Fi, a fob entry system and an on-site maintenance & management team. Advance rent has replaced deposits for all of our bookings. Advance rent is an upfront payment. It is a payment of a set amount (usually a small percentage of your total rent - up to 2%) deducted from your first rent instalment and is required at the point of booking.

How the booking process works

  1. Choose a room

    Once you've picked your preferred room, booking your stay is a breeze. Simply select the length of stay from the dropdown menu and click on the "Book now" button.

  2. Fill in tenant details

    Next, provide your details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.

    Just a heads up, if you choose to pay in instalments, you’ll need a guarantor based in the UK. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, our friends at Housing Hand can help you out.

  3. Complete your booking

    Once you’ve submitted your details, we’ll pass on your booking request to Almero Student.

    You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with Almero Student, where you'll be able to complete your booking.

Cancellation & refunds

You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.

In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
