This award-winning hall (Best University Housing 2022,2023 & 2024*) consists of 247 ensuite in the heart of the University Quarter. Residents are conveniently close to lectures, the city centre’s restaurants, bars and shops and the FREE Unibus service. Rooms are arranged in flats with 5 or 6 people sharing a communal kitchen. All kitchens contain a cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink, drainer, cupboards, work tops and table and chairs or breakfast bar with seating. Each bedroom has a small double bed with underbed storage, a modern ensuite, bookshelves, a wardrobe, a desk and chair and hi-speed internet. Facilities include a laundry, a pleasant outside courtyard and a common room with pool table, table tennis, arcade machine, PS4 and a lounge area with flat screen TV. Resident wellbeing is our number one priority. The staff team have strong links with student services at the University and can offer help, advice and reassurance. There is also a 24hr contact number for residents and round-the-clock security.
