How the booking process works

Fill in tenant details
Next, provide your details and choose how you would like to pay your rent; either pay the rent in full or pay in instalments during your stay.

You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account with Mezzino, where you'll be able to complete your booking.
Cancellation & refunds
You will normally have 14 days from receiving your accommodation offer or paying a deposit/fee to cancel your booking.
In some cases the cancellation period can be shorter, however you will be informed of that by the accommodation directly.
