All our rooms at this property are cosy ensuites with a private bathroom, with kitchen facilities and lounge area shared between 8-10 flatmates. Be part of a big community of 1,000 students and enjoy the fantastic communal spaces that Stratford One has to offer. The huge common room features a pool table, a ping pong table, retro Space Invaders arcade games, table football, a cinema room and a karaoke room. Exams coming up? Stratford One's got you covered: study in one of the many study spaces around the residence, or meet up with your mates for group study session in the dedicated areas. The outdoor spaces at the accommodation are perfect to enjoy the views of London, thanks to the roof terraces on floors 12, 14, and 18. There’s even a penthouse-style sky lounge on the 24th floor that you can reserve. Stratford One also features a large courtyard space, perfect for when the weather gets a bit warmer. Please note: during the 2024/25 academic year, we'll be carrying out works to the external facade of this property between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. You will hear some low noise disruption during working hours, and see scaffolding on site. We will communicate notice of these works to all tenants ahead of them starting.
