    The location of the property was perfect as it was close to the train station and several shops. getting to the university campus was easy as the university bus route had several stops near the property and even if you didn't get the bus it was only a twenty-minute walk to the center. The property itself was very cosy and spacious for each room and having two bathrooms was ideal and perfect for the amount of people living there. The landlord was very friendly and was very fast when it came to replying to us about any problems we were having in the house and always sorted things out within the next few days.

    Firstly starting with the landlord himself Lee was faultless whenever there was a problem or query he would respond quickly with an answer or response to the issue. The house itself was great plenty of space and well priced with a short distance to shops, uni bus stop and only 20 minutes walk from the university buildings. Would recommend the house and landlord highly.

    I lived at 122 Talbot during my Masters year at University. The house was very nice and was very modern. The landlord, Lee, was also amazing. He was very friendly and was quick to solve any issues we had.

    When I moved on everything was clean and my room was in great condition. The house had a great location, 5 mins to the uni bus stop which takes only 10 mins to get to the library. Less than 10 mins to Fratton station. Close to Lidl, Co Op and Tesco Extra too which made it easy to get food. The property had very few issues when we lived there, but even if there were small issues our landlord Lee was very helpful and quick to resolve the problems. Lee is also very easy to contact and replies very quickly, really friendly and was very reasonable when it came to getting our deposit back. Would 100% recommend the property to anyone looking for a great student house with an honest and trustworthy landlord!
